It's just a Tuesday night.
I had dinner with the fam. It was library night, but I was working so I didn't go.
Then I came home and played with the dogs for a little bit. Here's a cute picture of Teddy that I took when I was trying to get a video of him shaking paws/hands with me.
After playing with the puppies, I sat down to do some homework. This is only about half of what I have, but I'm slowly whittling away at it.
In other news, Aunt Susan, Rachel, Stephen and the two exchange students living with Susan are coming on Friday. I'm excited to see everyone! I wish the weather was going to be warmer so that we could go on a hike or something. I am not liking the cold. What happened to days like this?

Wait, your family does a library night? That's so cool. I haven't even been in a public library for years. What do you do for library night?
Library night is so fun! Bags and bags of books and cd's and movies. Then to eat and talk about books, ideas, and mostly tease their mother about the lame things she chooses to read--Unlike Camille you is a scholarly reader!!!
Have you seen the length of Teddy's tongue??? Holy Cow! "Better to lick you with my dear!"
Sam, for many, many years my family has a night once a week when we drive up to the Riverton Library and we all go pick up books. We go to Riverton from Lehi and pay an out-of-county fee to go to their library because Salt Lake County does this cool thing where you can request books from other library's holdings and they will transport them to the library you go to and then you can pick them up. It's awesome and it saves us tons of money because we can usually get most of the books that we want from one of the libraries in Salt Lake County. After our library visits we usually have dinner together and sometimes we'll read short picture books and/or talk about the books we got from the library. Share recommendations, fight over good books, make fun of a dumb book or whatever. It's so fun and I'm sure I'll be doing it for the rest of my life. I love being able to talk to my family about books and as a kid I think it really made me and my siblings love reading because going to the library was like a weekly treat where we didn't do homework or chores, we got to go get books and sometimes even eat out. My sister is married and she still comes to the library with us. Going to the library has become an addiction though as I have five library cards to different libraries. I'm hoarding them.
